Welcome to Skoolza, an EdTech SaaS platform designed to simplify school and academic administration. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Skoolza platform and services. By using Skoolza, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Skoolza” refers to the web-based and mobile platform operated under this agreement.

  • “User” includes school administrators, staff, students, and parents accessing the platform.

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to Skoolza and its operating entity, Softcracy Solutions Private Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an administrative account. Use by minors must be authorized and supervised by the associated educational institution.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must not impersonate another person or provide false information.

  • You are accountable for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Not upload or distribute any content that is harmful, unlawful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • Avoid attempts to disrupt the platform’s functionality or security.

5. Content Ownership

  • Any content uploaded (assignments, reports, data) remains the property of the uploading user or institution.

  • By uploading content, you grant Skoolza a license to store and process it for service delivery purposes only.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Access to premium features may require a paid subscription.

  • All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Failure to pay may lead to account suspension.

7. Data Privacy

We are committed to safeguarding your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal and institutional data is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Skoolza—platform code, UI/UX, branding, and content—belongs to Softcracy Solutions Private Limited. Users may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any part without prior permission.

9. Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in misuse of the platform. Upon termination, access will be revoked and data may be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of data or interruption of services.

  • Damages resulting from reliance on content or features.

  • User-generated content or third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Skoolza following a change implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
