  • Cancellations requested after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom development or tailored solutions are non-cancellable once work has commenced.

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    • The service was not delivered as promised.

    • There was a technical issue from our end that couldn’t be resolved within a reasonable time.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Change of mind.

    • User error or lack of usage.

    • Services consumed or used beyond the initial 7-day period.
